2024 Royal Visit
“It is a great joy to renew my long association with the Royal Agricultural Society of NSW, which for more than 200 years has carried out such outstanding work to champion farming communities and the production of the highest quality produce."
King Charles III
The Royal Agricultural Society of NSW is honoured to have been asked to support the visit of their Majesties to Sydney and to be given the opportunity to showcase great Australian producers from across NSW.
"For regional NSW to get a chance to be represented and showcased is tremendous. From the exhibitors attending we can showcase the NSW beef, poultry, dairy produce, olive oil, preserves, aquaculture, and beverage industry to their Majesties and put our Australian agricultural industry in the spotlight."
John Bennett, President Royal Agricultural Society NSW
Many producers who showcased their produce like this year’s 17th Annual President’s Medal winner, Pecora Dairy are not only creating excellent cheese but are running an innovative business that is leading the way in their sustainable environmental, economic, and social practices.
"It is a real pleasure to have the chance to try this produce but also crucial to meet the people who make it happen, working tirelessly in all seasons and all weathers, and developing an intimate understanding of the importance of caring for nature and making it part and parcel of their endeavours.”
