The Sydney Royal Beer & Cider Show is recognised as one Australia’s leading competitions for brewers and cider makers, awarding highly respected accolades for quality and excellence across the industry. Competition classes cover Bottled or Canned Beer, Draught Beer, Cider, Perry and Ginger Beer (bottled, canned or draught), as well as No Alcohol and Low Alcohol Beer and Cider. Entries are judged on appearance, aroma, flavour, style and technical merit, with categories designed to highlight innovation and industry standards. The event offers opportunities for producers to benchmark their products against the best and gain expert feedback from a panel of industry specialists.
