Donated By: Donated by the late John Higgins of Terjon Cattery in memory of Wendy Beger, who started her Show career in 1982. Over the following years she became very involved in the management of many Cat Clubs as Club Secretary, Treasurer, Committee Member and Show Secretary. During the ensuing years almost every Show schedule and catalogue featured her name either as Show Secretary, Manager, Steward, Vet Steward, Card Writer or Trophy Steward. Wendy gave endless hours in setting up and dismantling the Shows. First presented in the ring on behalf of John Higgins in 1992 by Wendy Beger's parents, for Supreme Colourpoint Shorthair Exhibit. The trophy was not awarded in 1997 as effective 1/1/1997 all Colourpoint Shorthairs to be known as Siamese/Colourpoint Shorthairs, bringing NSW into line with terminology and judging procedures of other States in Australia. Trophy was reinstated in 1998 and awarded for Tabby Point Siamese.
