Donated By: Donated by Family & Friends in memory of the late Rebecca Johnstone in 2020 and first presented in 2021. Rebecca had a love of waterfowl from a very young age and became a noted breeder and exhibitor of both waterfowl and poultry. Her passion for exhibiting waterfowl & poultry at the Sydney Royal Easter Show was well known, having one of the largest exhibitor number of entries each year. Supporting the show as a steward and bringing additional birds for display, especially a team for use in the Chook Washing displays were just some of the ways Rebecca contributed to a successful show. In her drive to promote excellence in breeding & exhibition, Rebecca fostered waterfowl and poultry to many breeders, especially those starting in the fancy to assist with their breeding program, always available to share her knowledge with fellow fanciers seeking more information on the finer breeding and exhibition points of the breeds.
