Donated By: From 2001 when the trophy was first presented until 2011, this perpetual trophy was known as the NSW Government Perpetual Trophy for Champion Fancy Cheese, donated by the NSW Government and supported by Safe Foods Pty Ltd. In 2011 the trophy name was changed to reflect the name change of the supporting organisation. A replica of this trophy was made in 2011 to rename it for the NSW Food Authority. Donated by the NSW Food Authority and first presented in 2001. Until 2014 it was awarded for the Champion Fancy Cheese.
