Young Judges

The Young Judges Competition at the Sydney Royal Easter Show showcases the skill and knowledge of emerging agricultural experts. Held in partnership with AgShows NSW, The Australian Stock Horse Society, and the Australian Pony Stud Book Society, the event welcomes competitors from across New South Wales and beyond to judge livestock, produce and agricultural products in a live setting. Participants are assessed on observation, critical analysis and their ability to articulate placings, guided by respected industry professionals. Open to individuals aged 15 to under 25, the competition provides valuable experience, fosters future leaders in agriculture, and highlights the importance of education, community, and high standards in the rural sector.
