Christmas has come early for twenty regional communities, as pallets of presents were delivered to local Show Societies in a partnership between the RAS Foundation, Good360 and AgShows NSW.

The RAS Foundation is making a significant investment in the future of rural and regional NSW, with the introduction of a new scholarship dedicated to agriculture graduates who are looking to pursue a career in teaching.

The RAS Foundation (RASF) is now accepting applications for its 2024 Community Futures Grant program, offering grants of up to $25,000 to assist regional community leaders and organisations turn dream projects into a reality.

Applications open today for the 2024 RAS Foundation’s (RASF) JB Fairfax Award for Rural & Regional Journalism and Communications, offering media and communications students an unrivalled opportunity to gain practical work experience at leading rural press outlets upon graduation. 

The RAS Foundation supported nine communities across rural and regional NSW this year, with our Community Futures Grants providing $154,000 in needed funding.
