Less than one week left to enter the 2025 Sydney Royal Distilled Spirits Show

The countdown is on for the Royal Agricultural Society of NSW’s (RAS) 2025 Sydney Royal Distilled Spirits Show, with entries closing in less than one week. Running for the second year under distilled spirits expert and Chair of Judges, Stuart Gregor, the competition offers distilleries across Australia the chance to put their drops to the test against a panel of the country’s best judges.

RAS Foundation calls on donations to help raise vital funds for Taree, as the RAS of NSW matches donations.

In response to the devastating floods that recently impacted the Hunter and Mid North Coast regions, the RAS Foundation has launched an End-of-Financial Year (EOFY) fundraiser to support the recovery of two vital community assets, the Taree Show Society Showground and the Taree High School Agricultural Plot. To amplify the impact of this initiative, the Royal Agricultural Society of NSW (RAS of NSW) is matching every dollar donated and recently increased its commitment from $20,000 to $40,000 due to the overwhelming generosity of donors.

Sydney Royal shines a light on alcoholic ginger beer and calls for final beer and cider entries.

The Sydney Royal Beer and Cider Show is putting alcoholic ginger beer in the spotlight for its 2025 competition, introducing a brand-new standalone ginger beer class and champion title. The additional class comes as the renowned beer and cider competition continues to evolve in response to industry and consumer demand, but brewers need to get in quick, with entries to the competition closing this Wednesday, 18 June.
