Flower & Garden

The Flower & Garden Show at the Sydney Royal Easter Show is an iconic horticultural competition welcoming gardeners, florists, schools and community groups from across New South Wales. Established as Horticulture in 1869, Flower & Garden has grown to feature more than 1,500 entries annually, covering flowers, plants, fruits, vegetables and decorative displays. The schedule includes classes such as The Great Backyard Pumpkin Challenge, Scarecrow Competition, Australian Natives, Bonsai, Roses, Orchids, Dahlias, children’s and decorative classes, as well as competitions for floristry students and schools. All entries are judged for quality, creativity and presentation, providing exhibitors with industry benchmarking, recognition and the opportunity to contribute to one of the Show’s longstanding traditions.
