Please note that stabling and loft accommodation is NOT GUARANTEED, and allocation is at the discretion of the Horse Committee.
A $30 fee (per Exhibit) will be applicable for any stable allocation change requests received within 14 days of the Show commencing. This fee will apply only if the changes are approved by the Horse Section Office. Please note there will be no guarantee that change requests to stabling allocation can be accommodated.
However specific stables numbers and pavilions will not be posted until Late March 2026.
Please note, your stable and loft allocation is subject to change after stable allocations are posted on our website. Please ensure that you check your stable allocation 24 hours prior to arrival.
How do I arrange stabling with friends?
Exhibitors will no longer be given the option to nominate whom they would like to be stabled with. The Stabling Manager will be the reference point for stabling Exhibitors and Exhibits together who require it. If you would like to be stabled with a different Exhibitor, please ensure you provide the same Stabling Manager name when entering. After acceptance, Exhibits will be stabled relative to their first and last days of competition (teams considered).
