The RAS Youth Group’s representatives, from across metropolitan, regional and rural New South Wales, passionately promote agriculture by engaging urban and non-urban audiences at the Sydney Royal Easter Show and through networking with like-minded people across the state.
Representatives coordinate programs and events to promote agriculture and the RAS to rural and urban youth. These programs currently include: All Roads to the Royal, Young Farmer Challenge and Hats Off at the Sydney Royal Easter Show.
The Youth Group also assists other RAS committees with competitions and events. Representatives strive to build on their existing portfolio of events each year and seek other enthusiastic young professionals, keen to utilise their skills, to help drive the RAS Youth Group forward.
