All products, from French style pâté’s, terrines, rillettes and fruit pastes to the famous caramelised onion jam, are prepared free from artificial colours, preservatives, additives and flavours.
Everything in Julianne’s Kitchen is handmade using traditional techniques and skills with the utmost respect for the ingredients - Australian butter, French brandy, specially sourced meats, fresh herbs and aromatic spices blended by hand in the kitchen.
Served in fine-dining and award-winning restaurants and readily available in supermarkets around the country, the philosophy behind the family-owned Julianne’s Kitchen is about preparing restaurant quality food that anyone can enjoy at home. A true love for cooking and seeing others enjoy the fruits of her labour, Julianne happily mentors aspiring chefs providing a better understanding of where food comes from and of the tools needed to cook with a passion for food.
