Goat Paraders Competitions
Entries for the Sydney Royal Paraders competitions close on 22 March 2021. If you would like to enter this competition, please download the entry form from the Downloadable documents block on the right-hand side of this page (or scroll down if in mobile view) and email to email@example.com.
The Dairy Goat Judge for this year will be Rachelle Garland.
The Angora Goat & Mohair Fleece Judge for this year will be Daryl Finch.
The Boer Goat Judge for this year will be Ayala Davies.
The RAS arranges a number of accommodation site sheds within the Paddington Pavilion, supplementary to Mezzanine Level rooms, to accommodate Exhibitors.
Accommodation applications are now closed. If you have not yet sent your accommodation application form to the Goat Coordinator, we cannot guarantee there will be room onsite. If you still have accommodation needs, please email firstname.lastname@example.org urgently for consideration.
If you have not received your preferred accommodation, alternative options are available. You can download a list of alternate accommodation options from the downloadable documents section on this page.
Parking applications were due on 10 February. If you would like to park onsite, we can no longer guarantee there will be room onsite or that your parking pass can be developed in time for your competition.

Health Declaration Forms
As part of the requirement to control CAE, all entries must be accompanied by the following completed and signed forms. These can be found in the downloadable documents section on this page:
- 2021 CAE Health Declaration
- 2021 Goat Sale Health Declaration
- 2021 National Goat Health Declaration
You will also need to bring a National Vendor Declaration (NVD) OR Transported Stock Statement (TSS), which can be obtained from the Meat and Livestock Association (MLA) or the Department of Primary Industries (DPI). This form can be provided at bump-in.
Boer Goat Competition entrants are permitted to substitute classes 300, 303, 314 and 317 only. The substitution form can be found in the downloadable documents section.
No refund of entry fees will be made in respect of entries withdrawn or disqualified after the closing day of entry.
Withdrawal forms are available by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Notification of withdrawals of Exhibits must be submitted to the RAS not later than two days prior to the Exhibits day of judging, or they may be subject to a fine.
All Exhibitors will be issued with an Exhibitor Pack after entries have been received and processed. This includes an information manual, entry passes, loading and unloading details, and any requested passes. Please ensure you read your information manual closely and complete any forms enclosed prior to bump-in.
Information provided by Exhibitors is primarily used to organise, process and conduct Competitions. This includes relevant information being made available to relevant bodies, to breed societies, to promote the event in the media and to facilitate storage of the information in the RAS Archive.
