Sunshine Meats is a 100% Australian-owned family business, making a large range of gourmet chicken, turkey, duck, pork and beef smoked meats. Founder Jose Pereira has been making his Portuguese-style smallgoods in Sydney since 1988. His specialities include Australian ham and bacon, his signature double smoked chilli chicken breast, Portuguese chorizo and salami, and a range of mouth-watering smoked duck products.
Sunshine Meats products are multi-award winning. Their ham has been named best in the country and NSW by Australian Pork for consecutive years since 2014; their Smoked Duck Breast was named best smallgoods product at the 2018 Food & Beverage Awards; and the Double Smoked Boneless Ham and Nitrite Free Butterfly Duck have been awarded Sydney Royal Champion in their categories in 2018.
Sunshine Meats will be showcasing and sampling their award-winning products, in particular; Champion Ham and Champion Poultry products, as well as other gold, silver and bronze medal winning products.
