Petuna will be at the Sydney Royal Taste of Excellence sampling Tasmanian Petuna Hot Smoked trout, “The Wagyu of the Sea”, rich in Omega 3 with a delicate taste that is enhanced by a natural hot smoking technique using Tasmanian Oak and Hot Smoked Petuna Atlantic Salmon which has a flaky flesh and distinct smoky flavour. Served on their own for their full flavour to be appreciated.
