Gamila at Beechworth
Nestled in the heart of the high country, on a sunny north facing slope, just outside of Beechworth, lies a little plot of gold. Gamila at Beechworth are a family farm using traditional, sustainable practices to hand craft all natural award winning olives and saffron products. Their olives are wild fermented in natural brine, these traditional style olives are hand picked and cured for a minimum of 18 months.
This is the third year in competition as part of Sydney Royal Fine Food Awards and to date we have taken home both Gold and Bronze for our unique olives.
