|
Each year Australia's food and wine industry put their finest produce to the test in the annual Sydney Royal Wine, Dairy and Fine Food Shows.
The competitions showcase an exciting and diverse range of Australian produce with the best of the best awarded a coveted Sydney Royal Gold Medal.
|
Australian and international guest food
and wine experts are invited to judge
the entries in the areas of wine, cheese and dairy, aquaculture, beer, pasta, coffee, bread,
cakes & pies, olive oil, regional food, deli meats and branded beef.
The high and impartial judging standards ensure
that the Sydney Royal Shows
nurture the talents of quality producers
and encourage the growth of agricultural excellence in Australia.
The competitions are held at Sydney
Showground in the lead up to the Sydney
Royal Easter Show, with much of
the award-winning produce displayed at the Show.
