The Sydney Royal Smallgoods & Charcuterie Competition was established in 1995 to judge a variety of deli products. There are 9 classes within the competition, ranging from ham, bacon, jerky, fermented/non-fermented and dried/cured products, to general smallgoods, cooked products, liverwurst and terrines and sausages.
