School Pig Competitions Exhibitor information
All Schools are issued with an Exhibitor Manual approximately a month prior to the Show. This Manual contains information relevant to their time on site and their specific Competition. It covers topics such as precinct access, arrival and access times, entry passes, parking passes, paperwork required, event details and information, and Exhibitor amenities.
A PigPass National Vendor Declaration (PigPass NVD) form is required and must be presented at Inspection of Exhibits upon arrival. For more information, please visit the official website.
Prior to departure from Sydney Showground, Exhibitors must obtain a PigPass NVD from the Pig Coordinator.
Withdrawal forms are available by emailing email@example.com.
Notification of withdrawals of Exhibits must be submitted to the RAS not later than two days prior to the Exhibits day of judging, or they may be subject to a fine.
Accommodation available for Schools onsite is extremely limited, so we urge Teachers to plan accordingly. The RAS arranges a number of accommodation site sheds within the Paddington Pavilion, supplementary to Mezzanine Level rooms, to accommodate Exhibitors.
