Our big exciting news this year...
We will be holding the Callebaut Sydney Royal Chocolate Show at the smooth festival of Chocolate at Sydney Showground, 1 - 2 September 2018. It will be here that festival patrons will be able to observe the Sydney Royal judging process.
We welcome and encourage Chocolatiers to complete an Expression of Interest to enter the Professional and Student Chocolate Showpiece Classes. A limited number of competitors will be selected to compete, and for the first time, chocolatiers will have the chance to construct a spectacular Chocolate Showpiece live at the smooth festival of Chocolate.
