Honouring the traditions of local agricultural shows and produce markets around Australia, the Sydney Royal Fine Food Show celebrates heritage, quality, provenance and innovation. Established in 2005, the Sydney Royal Beef & Lamb Competition judges MSA-certified Australian meat. In 2017 we introduced the Sydney Royal Pork Competition which has been a great addition to the Sydney Royal Fine Food Show. Our Judges' credentials include academic expertise and technical knowledge and include farmers, end users, chefs, food media and experienced palates. The competition is held in September every year as part of the Spring Fine Food Show.
