New classes in 2020 Open classes: New or refreshed Classes for 2020 include Millinery, Silverwork, Dressmaking, Cake Decorating, Hand Knitting, Quilling, Leatherwork, D écoupage, Embroidery and Soft Toys . Under 20's classes: Homewares, Soft Toys and Mosaic. Competition Schedule Check the 2020 Schedule for Class changes, instructions, regulations and general information. This will be available on the Key dates & Schedule page in October 2019. Entries Online entries open 23 October 2019 and close 30 January 2020. Offline entry forms will be available from 23 October 2019 for Open and Under 20 Classes by Contacting the Arts & Crafts Coordinator on 02 9704 1152 or firstname.lastname@example.org . Please note offline entries close 4 December 2019. A processing fee of $25 will apply to all offline entries. Therefore, we recommend entering online for this saving. Enquiries relating to entries may be sent to email@example.com . Judging All judging for the Arts & Crafts Competitions is done pre-Show and is closed to the public with the exception of the Perishable Cooking Judging, which is on the first day of the Show, in the Arts and Crafts Pavilion. Judges in the Arts & Crafts Competition are high-profile, well established figures from the arts and crafts industry. They may include eminent artists, Archibald Prize winners, gallery owners and other highly regarded figures from the arts. Craft judges are chosen from recommendations made by representative bodies from each craft category.
