Development of Judges
The judging panels for the Sydney Royal Chocolate Competition are selected by Chair of Judges, Jodie Van Der Velden and the RAS of NSW Fine Food Committee and aims to include a combination of educators, chocolatiers, pastry chefs, marketers, retailers and expert amateurs from across Australia.
