RAS President's Medal

From over 5000 entries in our Sydney Royal Wine, Dairy and Fine Food competitions we have narrowed the field to 6 of the top producers in our country. They have been awarded Champion status for their products. We have now put them to the test based on their triple bottom line - profitability, community engagement and sustainability.



The winner of the 2014 President's Medal was Bulla Dairy Foods with their 35% Thick Cup (Dollop) Cream.


Congratulations to the team at Bulla for their outstanding efforts and winning this prestigious award.

The amazing menu for the evening was designed by the talented James Viles, Owner and Chef of Biota Dining and Tim Browne, Sydney Showground Executive Chef.
