Posted on : 03 November 2017

The Royal Agricultural Society of NSW (RAS) has today announced the immediate release of online ticket sales for the 2018 Sydney Royal Easter Show.

In 2018 the Sydney Royal Easter Show will be held from Friday, 23 March until Tuesday, 3 April - The Sydney Royal Easter Show is the biggest annual ticketed event in the Southern Hemisphere and this year attracted attendances of more than 922,000.

Significantly, this is the third straight year that online ticket prices have been frozen by the RAS of NSW.

The traditional coming together of City and Country began in Sydney in 1822 and the 2018 edition will be the 20th anniversary of "The Show" being held at the Sydney Showground, Sydney Olympic Park.

General Manager Agriculture and the Sydney Royal Easter Show Murray Wilton says getting online early will save you money on Easter Show tickets;

"While you may think it is a long way off, the Sydney Royal Easter Show is fast approaching and our team has been working tirelessly to deliver a sensational 2018 Show", Mr Wilton said.

"We believe the pricing of our tickets represents excellent value with truly world class entertainment and a standard of competitions unrivalled anywhere in Australia".

"From woodchop and pet and livestock competitions to the very latest in fashion and technology, the Sydney Royal Easter Show always delivers and we are certain 2018 will continue that tradition of top shelf entertainment and learning".

"What better way to answer the headache over what to buy family and friends for Christmas than to add to their Christmas stocking some tickets to the Sydney Royal Easter Show", he said.
