Not only are exhibitors given the opportunity to benchmark their products against a cross-section of key Australian competitors, coveted Sydney Royal Medals and Trophies are there to be awarded. Once the judging is done, the doors are open to the public, giving everyone the opportunity to taste the array of entries received.
