There are many benefits of working for the RAS, including:
Location – we are located at Sydney Olympic Park, with Olympic Park train station located out the front of our building. Our staff enjoy the open spaces and freedom that Sydney Olympic Park offers, with many taking advantage of the surrounds by cycling or walking on their lunchbreak.
Service – we recognise and reward staff for their loyalty and acknowledge people who have contributed 5, 10, 15 or more years to the RAS.
Lifestyle membership – we pay for half of staff member’s membership to the Lifestyle program, which provides discounts and offers across Sydney Olympic Park

Staff awards – these awards are presented to nominated staff at a special staff luncheon after each Sydney Royal Easter Show. These awards are a cash gift voucher and certificate.
Col Sanders Award – this is an annual award presented to one staff member, in memory of former RAS Chief Executive, the late Colin Sanders. Winners of this award are entitled to one overseas trip to an event or conference to further develop skills or networks in their chosen area.
