• We have live operators on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. This means recovery of your pet can occur any time of day or night.

• We are accessible via phone, fax and email (and even post) from all around Australia and New Zealand.

• We conveniently change details. When you change your address, phone number etc, you can phone between 8.30am and 10pm weekdays and request changes to your details (with proof of ownership and password). Ownership changes need to be made in writing.

• Only one-off lifetime registration fee. We do not charge for changes to details except change of ownership.

• Accuracy is our priority. We use the latest scanning technology to enter details of microchip registration, ensuring accuracy of information.

• We will maintain your records if you move overseas. This ensures peace of mind and also helps simplify dealing with immigration and quarantine departments.

• We are only one of two national registries accredited with the Australian Veterinary Association.

• We are a not for profit organisation and offer unbiased assistance and recognition of all chips regardless of their supplier.
